Actress Bridget Fonda Hurt In Car Crash
Vehicle Tumbles Over Embankment

Actress Bridget Fonda was hospitalized Thursday after suffering minor injuries in a car crash on the Pacific Coast Highway in Los Angeles.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, Fonda was driving alone in her car Thursday at approximately 7:30 a.m. when the vehicle left a rain soaked section of the highway and tumbled over an embankment.
Fonda, 39, was transported to St. John's Health Center in Santa Monica, Calif., where she spent the night.
Fonda's publicist, Nancy Seltzer, said the actress is "fine and doing well," and expects Fonda to be released from the hospital on Friday.
Exact details of the injuries were not released.
The daughter of actor Peter Fonda, Bridget Fonda has starred in such films as "A Simple Plan," "Jackie Brown," "Single White Female" and "The Godfather, Part III."
Fonda is also the granddaughter of the late Henry Fonda, and niece of actress Jane Fonda.
