Almond Cappuccino -- 9/6/02

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp European style cocoa
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp powdered instant coffee
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract

Preparation:

In a small saucepan, combine cocoa, sugar and instant coffee. Stir in milk.

Add ice cream and heat to serving temperature.

Do not boil.

Add almond extract.

Serve immediately.

If desired, mixture may be placed in a blender and mixed until frothy.

Makes 1 serving.
