SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- A Sacramento police officer accused of sexually assaulting six women while on duty was back in court Friday as prosecutors filed another criminal charge against him.
The latest charge against Darryl Rosen accuses him of intimidating his alleged victims, one of them a 16-year old girl.
Prosecutors said they believe Rosen further abused his authority as a law enforcement officer by threatening to retaliate against those victims if any of them ever said anything publicly.
He now faces a total of 18 charges.
Judge Patrick Marlette issued a warning to Rosen.
"You need to be cleaner than clean while out on bail. Any reason to believe you're not honoring your commitment to this court and I'm going to entertain that motion to revoke bail and take you into custody," Marlette said.
Marlette also stripped Rosen of any right to carry or posess any type of weapon, any right to display a police badge or wear a police uniform unless he is formally returned to duty.
