Crews Again Scour River For Missing Man

SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- Search crews again scoured the American River on Friday for a man who jumped from a bridge at Discovery Park.The unidentified man leapt from the Jibboom Street Bridge on Thursday, surfaced and then went back under water, witnesses said.He didn't come up again. Crews searched until 9 p.m. Thursday for the man.
The man's belongings were found on the bridge, including a tattered sleeping bag and pillow. He has no family searching for him.
