SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- The wife of an El Dorado County man who disappeared more than a month ago and a friend of hers are waiting to be extradited back to California from Utah.Patricia Presba, 47, and Jaime Ramos, 21, may face charges in the presumed death of Presba's husband, Ron Presba.Ron Presba, 54, has been missing since June.
Burned human remains found in June in a charred sport utility vehicle have yet to be identified.Patricia Presba and Ramos were found Friday in Salt Lake City.
