Police: Man Gave Girls Cocaine At Sleepover

Seibel Being Held On $54,000 Bond

UPDATED: 2:28 pm PST November 6, 2008

An Edmond, Okla., man is accused of giving girls cocaine and wine coolers during an October slumber party at his house, local station KOCO reported.

Oklahoma County sheriff's deputies arrested Phillip Seibel, 39, on suspicion of child abuse and drug possession in the presence of a minor after four girls told similar stories to a middle school counselor.

Sheriff's deputies said they are still interviewing other possible victims.

Deputies said the girls came forward a month after the incident.

During a search of Seibel's home, sheriff's deputies said a K-9 found an odor of narcotics near his master bedroom. Under the passenger seat of his car, deputies said they found a small Ziploc bag with traces of white powder in it.

An investigator's report does not mention how Seibel knows the four girls or why they spent the night at his house, but indicated that that all four will meet with investigators on Thursday.

Seibel is being held on a $54,000 bond in the Oklahoma County Jail.
