CERES, Calif. -- Ceres police have an arrest warrant for an 18-year-old in connection with Tuesday night's shooting at the Central Valley High School.Enrique Garcia, of Ceres, is wanted on a charge of attempted murder.Police said he's believed to have shot a 19-year-old classmate who was sitting on a bench in front of the school during adult night classes.
The victim was hit multiple times in the torso. He was taken to a nearby hospital and is expected to survive his injuries, police said.Anyone with information on Garcia's whereabouts should call Detective Griebel at 209-538-5727.
