SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- In an effort to make the United States Postal Service more consumer friendly, it has added some useful tools to its Web site.

The USPS now offers a service called Click-N-Ship, which allows the consumer to pay for and print shipping labels with postage. The consumer just sticks the pre-paid postage on the package and drops it off at the post office with no waiting in line.

The Service can also help with personalized greeting cards that would have a family photograph.
